We all like to feel special and Customers are no different. Whenever you get an opportunity to thank your Customer, do it – but on one condition it must be sincere. Some opportunities for a thank-you might be:

• Receiving your first order.

• The anniversary of becoming a Customer.

• Answer the phone with “Thanks for calling” and then say the business name.

• When you receive a larger order than normal.

• If you have new products send a short update and thank them for their continued support.

• When you get a new Customer and a current Customer referred them thank them for the referral.
