Smiles are infectious and can improve the way in which your Customers view you and this could improve their business with you. When you smile you release the human body’s happy drug called “endorphins” and this gives you a ‘feel-good’ rush.
miling with Customers send a signal that you are happy in what you do and that you are happy to be servicing them. In fact, even smiling on the phone is known to improve that way in which we communicate over the phone. So smile until it hurts – it just might improve your business and make you feel good too.
A word of warning – don’t grin at inappropriate times – such as when a Customer is giving you some improvement feedback – this will seem insincere and have the opposite desired effect.
