Any purchase can be a time of uncertainty for the Customer and you can remove part of that uncertainty by standing by your product with a guarantee. Giving a guarantee will reduce the Customer’s ability to not proceed with the purchase because you’ve removed part of the risk of the purchase.
For your part the attractive thing about a guarantee is that you control it – you define the purchase risk for the Customer that you will guarantee and then make a strong statement which demonstrates your commitment to Customer satisfaction through your guaranteed service.
