Do you view your business as stand-alone rather as part of a larger industry and the local business community. Do you every feel that you don’t have any control of what happens in your industry or to local businesses? If so, do something about it … join your Industry Association and learn about the new changes being developed (and even have a say in how they might change).
Get involved in your local business association (Chamber of Commerce or the like) and have a say on how your business or industry operates locally.
