Establish a Dress Standard

Accepted (or expected) business dress standards over the past few years have continued to relax. While this makes for a more relaxed and informal workplace it can also make the workplace look less professional.
Get your employees together and discuss the need for establishing an acceptable standard and when agreed summarise it on a single page and put on the notice board – hopefully everyone will have enough pride in the business to want to look as they are proud part of it by the way they dress for work.
