We all like a friendly reminder to help us manage the things we need to do. Most businesses would be able to identify a gentle reminder to their Customer as a means of staying in contact.

My Dentist sends me a 6-month check up reminder – what a great way to stay in contact with me and to remind me not only of his services but also as a (subtle) prompt for me to buy from him again. This is exactly what a Customer reminder can do for your business. If done in a soft-sell way it can come across as having a strong Customer focus rather than just being another marketing hard-sell.
